Pasadena Maternity Photographer // Val & Matt

There I was, starting to inhale my Chipotle bowl after my long 11 hour flight home from London. Val and I had been chatting away about my trip since the moment she picked me up from LAX and after a moment of silence (while I stuffed my face with food), Val spoke up... "So...I know it's kind of far away..."  *I continued to look down at my food as I ate, nodding my head that I was listening* "...but are you busy early next spring? Like late March?" I shot up from staring my food and blurted out "YOU'RE PREGNANT!!" To which, Val responded with a big smile while nodding her head yes. I was completely elated. After watching Val go through a hard season waiting for this baby, I am beyond thrilled for God's perfect timing and that her dream of being a mom is now a reality (if you want to hear a bit more of their story, head on over to their personal blog).
